The subscription plans will automatically renew at the end of each term, and you will be charged for the next subscription period.

Yes, you can upgrade at any time you wish. However, it is NOT possible to deduct your subscription payment from the price of the unlimited plan.

You can go to your Wondershare account center to have it canceled.
Step 1: Sign in to Wondershare Account Center.
Step 2: Select Plan&Product - Manage Subscription, under the plan you'd like to cancel.
Step 3: Select Cancel Subscription.
Step 4: Choose the reason for cancellation, and then select Continue.
Step 5: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your cancellation.

After your membership ends, your account will be become a free one with restricted access to specific resources and features. However, the files you've made are still accessible. You can always upgrade your account again to acquire access to the premium features and resources.

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, bank/wire transfer, and other local payment methods. To see all available local payment methods, click the [BUY NOW] button and select your country.

You will get 500 tokens if you are a free plan user. If you subscribe to the pro plan, you will receive 10,000 AI tokens per month. If you run out of AI tokens, you will need to buy extra ones. The AI tokens buy pages is coming soon.

The pro plan costs less for AI and tools features. The unlimited plan, on the other hand, is more cost-effective if you plan to use the AI features in the long term.

It is possible, but we strongly recommend you buy the premium plan to enjoy the biggest discount. You can contact our customer service at Wondershare Help Center for details.

Edraw team management is only accessible in team plans. This tool enables you to assign, cancel, and manage end-users through registered email. However, the team management feature is not ready yet. If you buy an unlimited plan, the team management features will open to you when it is ready.

One account can be used on 3 PCs&Online&3 Mobiles. You cannot connect to additional devices after you have logged in to 3 PCs&Online&3 Mobiles. At this point, you may utilize the simple device management feature to remove any unneeded devices from your account, and then log in to the new device to continue using it.
